Opening Ceremony of the FKIT Laboratory for Automatics and Measurements –
An Example of the Successful Co-operation of Siemens Croatia, Inc.
and the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb
The opening of the newly equipped Laboratory for Automatics and Measurements is a significant boost to its basic activities, which include research and development in the fields of modelling, measurements, diagnostics, and process control. The Laboratory is an integral part of the Department of Measurements and Automatic Process Control of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb.
The Faculty is a Supporting Member of the Croatian Academy of Engineering.
Prof. Nenad Bolf, PhD, Head of the Laboratory and one of the initiators of its modernisation, has recently been elected Associate of the Academy in the Department of Chemical Engineering.
